请问VISA卡在法国光刷卡要扣手续费吗?如果要提取现金的话是不是汇票比较合算,我如果在国内中国银行办了汇票到了法国是任何一家银行都能开户,还是只能在中国银行,还有克莱蒙费朗有中国银行吗?

But in the case of withdrawal, you have to bear an expense of 3% each time.<br /><br />Bank of China has its only branch in Paris. I am not sure if you can open an account in any French bank ( especially in Clermont ). I am well afraid that the bank of China will not be recognized by the banks in Clermont. I had these kinds of questions at least. <br /><br />What I can suggest you is to ask Post office in China where normally offers the interbank serivce with a relatively low rate compared to Bank of China. <br /><br />pidanhua
