Secretary of State Condoleezza Rive gave her first speech at Sciences Po, a few hours after her arrival in Paris.
Sciences Po is France’s most prestigious institute of higher learning in the political and social sciences. It is the training ground for most of the political elite in France and abroad, preparing its graduates for leadership roles in international business, multinational organizations and the public sector.
Dr. Rice 30-minute remarks were followed by a Q & A session moderated by the Director of Sciences Po, Richard Descoings.
