The candidate must be very well organised, able to multi-tasks, efficient under pressure, and pay attention to all details.
The position includes but is not limited to following responsibilities:
- Manage administrative operations regarding the office
- Manage appointments, travels, business correspondence
- Assist in Business relations with translations is necessary
- Assist with industry research
- Document translations
Skills required:
- Chinese national
- Excellent French or English or Spanish (spoken and written)
- Bachelor Degree or above, in foreign languages (English or French or Spanish)
- 3 years working experience in a foreign company
- Knowledge of Microsoft software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ,etc)
- Good internet skills
- Mature, smart, reliable, good communication and interpersonal skills.
